Whether she’s refining Adobe files for print, fine-tuning a WordPress site, or coordinating with the social team, she helps every brand moment feel cohesive and intentional.

Nicole wears many hats in our lean, high-craft agency. On any given day, she might jump from designing event collateral in Illustrator, to updating product pages on WooCommerce, to prepping brand assets for a campaign rollout. Her range is wide, but her goal is singular: polish that performs.

Raised on Des Moines’ east side, Nicole brings a Midwest calm to fast-moving projects. She’s a steady presence during high-stakes launches, quietly handling the “glue work” others miss—aligning buttons, color-coding calendars, translating analytics into actionable next steps.

Her creative spark lights up when strategy meets design. She moves seamlessly between discussing hex codes with a developer and mapping campaign flows with a strategist. When clients throw curveballs—“Can we get the campaign going by Monday?”—Nicole leans in, learns fast, and delivers.

Outside of work, she experiments with new recipes, sweats it out in Hotworx infrared sessions, and is coaxing a garden to life in the duplex yard she shares with her boyfriend. Her ideal remote office? A picnic table under the sun, soaking up rays, LaCroix fizzing while Adobe files load and email pings in the breeze.
